This decorative Maine wall art is made from reclaimed wood fencing that I carefully upcycle into a pallet-style backdrop. Each weathered board is lightly sanded while preserving its natural patina, subtle cracks, and original nail heads. I personally create all of the artwork using pyrography — the art of wood-burning, or “drawing with fire.” The rich brown tones are not paint or stain, but the natural result of hand-burned lines etched directly into the wood.
